Armed with a decade of professional management and
administrative expertise managing a global chemical
company in New Jersey, Donna opened the doors of
Above & Beyond, Inc. in 1994, and since then has
inspired, coached, and supported countless business
owners, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Her
strategy for differentiating the business from its
competition includes providing consistently superior
service, creating win-win relationships between
clients and colleagues, and going above & beyond the
expectations of both clients and staff.
Donna embodies a rare combination of risk-taker and
strategizer, allowing her to help you see "the
forest through the trees" on those days when you’re
just plain lost in the woods. Together with her
professional team, Donna is dedicated to offering
proactive services and counsel to all of her
clients, and prides herself on an ethically sound
and civic-minded approach to owning and running a
business.
Janet Neal, New Business Development Manager
Janet M. Neal is a person who sees a need and finds
a solution. Trained initially as an educator, Janet
transitioned those skills to her successful careers
in sales, marketing, training, and coaching. Janet
spent 19 years at IBM, holding a variety of sales
and marketing positions in addition to spearheading
quality and work/life balance initiatives. Since
leaving the corporate life, Janet has been an
entrepreneur, using her skills and experiences to
fill the needs she sees when working with fellow
entrepreneurs and small business owners. At Above &
Beyond, Janet is responsible for “taking the pulse”
of our clients, the industry, and innovations that
benefit the small business owner—and creating Above
& Beyond solutions that result in “win-win”
situations for all involved.
Delilah Tate, Operations Manager
If you have a complex project that needs to be done
in a professional and cheerful manner, you want
Delilah Tate on your team! With over 15 years of
analytical/technical expertise in the financial
industry, Delilah has spent the last five years
applying those skills to her role as Above &
Beyond’s Operations Manager. Her specialty is
unraveling the most complicated dilemmas and
delivering customer service with her ever-present
smile. Delilah’s innate curiosity and drive for
delivering a quality product consistently bring our
clients solutions above and beyond their
expectations.
Karen Weeks, Bookkeeping Services Manager
As a small business owner for over 30 years, Karen
Weeks knows what it takes to survive: tenacity.
Karen has brought that quality to her role as
Bookkeeping Services Manager at Above & Beyond.
Karen is adept at streamlining administrative
functions, while assuring current, accurate
financial data allowing for informed business
decisions, and helping our clients take a
big-picture approach to their businesses. Karen is a
Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and instructs both
small groups and clients one-on-one.
