Donna Miller, President & Founder

Armed with a decade of professional management and administrative expertise managing a global chemical company in New Jersey, Donna opened the doors of Above & Beyond, Inc. in 1994, and since then, has inspired, coached and supported countless business owners, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Her strategy for differentiating the business from its competition includes providing consistently superior service, creating win-win relationships between clients and colleagues, and going above & beyond the expectations of both clients and her staff.

Donna embodies a combination of risk-taker and strategizer, allowing her to help you see "the forest through the trees" on those days when you’re just plain lost in the woods. Together with her professional team, Donna is dedicated to offering proactive services and counsel to all of her clients, and prides herself on an ethically sound and civic-minded approach to owning and running a business.

She attended Bergen Community College and Fairleigh Dickinson University, and serves as a board trustee for The Salvation Army. She is also a past board member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and the North Essex Chamber of Commerce where she served as both Treasurer and Chairperson of Membership.
